I have been a bit quiet on here lately – apologies. Due to Covid-19 a lot of things have changed. I am currently unable to work offering face to face appointments but have just set up an online virtual consultation process so you can still get help if you are in pain or have an injury you want advice on.

Training for the Quin is still happening. I have been going out a lot on my bike and doing a bit of running. Getting my daily exercise has been really important in helping me cope with the crazy world we are currently living in. Trouble is this has also increased my risk of injury so stretching has become a big part of my daily routine. If you want any advice or help on stretching and strengthening exercises or even just a chat and catch up to get you through this difficult time please get in contact. Coffee via Zoom is quite fun!
