Running has been an even more important constant in my life the past couple of months even if I am only going for a run around the block with the dog. It has helped massively with my mental health and any anxiety I have suffered due to the current crisis.  A few weeks ago, I was meant to be taking part in a 24hr running race, unfortunately due to the current situation this was cancelled. So, I thought I would do my own 12 hour challenge. This coming weekend I will be attempting to run as many laps as possible in 12 hours – should be fun!!

In other news I am now able to offer gait analysis face to face but obviously adhering to the 2m social distancing. This means I can film you instead of getting someone else to do it and may be able to give you on the spot advice regarding your running technique. You will then receive the same follow up as remote gait analysis. The cost is still discounted at £35 so get booking now!
