Importance of stretching & strengthening!

So after the little hill climb I did last weekend (my son was only 2mins behind me!) my hamstring is still a bit tender and tense. I realised I would have to do something about it. If like me you are busy and struggle to find time to fit your stretches in – try doing it whilst brushing your teeth – then your done before your day starts.

Strengthening is a bit different but can often be done in front of the telly in the evening.

Its worked wonders for my hamstring along with the cold of the sea on my sea swim earlier!!
